The
back-pain-cause
website is one of the Musculo-skeletal Health
Institute's network of websites dedicated to bringing
relief to people with musculo-skeletal pain.
Low back pain is about the most common body system
dysfunctions there is. Trying to work out the cause is
one of the medical industry's most vexed questions.
The reason why most medical practitioners
have difficulty diagnosing the cause of the pain is
because it's not a medical problem, it's a fitness
problem.
Weak and tight muscles have allowed bones
to move out of alignment. The pain is telling you to get
dem bones back into alignment.
IN A NUTSHELL
I'll show you how to work out which
muscles are the cause of the problem and the key
exercises you need to do to get your bones back into
alignment. Do that and the pain goes away.
Whilst some people have back pain because
of an injury (a fall, a slip or something
hit them ...), for a very high proportion of people back
pain is a personally
generated dysfunction. Weak and tight muscles have
allowed the bones of the spinal column to go out of
alignment.
It happens gradually. Whist you might
think you back is OK, you don't realize
how close you are to teetering over the edge of a very
high cliff and landing painfully at the bottom.
All it takes is the slightest incident,
like putting the groceries in the car or turning round
to pick up a phone book and BAMMO!
If you don't have a regular and
systematic strength and flexibility training program
there's an 80% chance that sooner or later you'll expose
yourself to a musculo-skeletal disaster. It's almost
inevitable.
If you've come to this website there is a
good chance you're already suffering from lower back
pain.
The information on this site will provide
you clues as to why you are experiencing this pain - and
what you can do about it.
You'll have a very good
idea of the cause of your back pain if
¬
you have weak muscles on the front side of
your body
¬
you have weak muscles on the back side of
your body
¬
you have weak core-stability muscles.
Weak muscles means you're not strong enough
to keep your pelvis and vertebrae in correct
alignment.
If you sign up for my Fix Back Pain program I'll provide
you with an indication of which of your muscles
are letting you down and the exercises you
need to do to strengthen them.
You'll have a very good
idea of the cause of your back pain if
¬
you have tight muscles around your body,
particularly those muscles that tilt and
twist your pelvis.
¬
you can't sit up straight.
If you sign up for my Back Pain Diagnostic
Service I'll provide
you with an indication of which muscles are
tight and pulling your body out of
alignment.
You'll have a very good
idea of the cause of your back pain if
you're more
than 15Kg (33 Lbs) over your ideal weight. There is a high likelihood that you're at
grave risk of some sort of musculo-skeletal
dysfunction.
PRINCIPLES OF MUSCULO-SKELETAL DYSFUNCTION
Here are two fundamental principles that
underpin the reasons why you're experiencing
back pain.
|
1. |
Muscles pull bones out of alignment.
That's the bad news.
The good
news about this principle is that
with the right exercises muscles can
pull the bones back into better
alignment.
I'll show you the key
exercises you need to do. |
|
|
|
|
2. |
The cause of the pain is rarely at the site
of the pain.
That's why rubbing, heating and
crunching at the spot where it hurts
is unlikely to bring about long term
pain relief. You have to keep going
back for more rubbing, heating and
crunching. It's palliative. It's not
treating the cause. It's not
restoring poor function to good.
If you make use of
the Back Pain Diagnostic Service I
can tell you which muscles are the
likely cause of your pain.
|
So there you have it.
I'd like to send you more detailed
information about the likely cause of your
back pain, together with a program of
exercises you
can do to fix it up.
You've got
two options.

RESEARCH
REPORT

Click on the book
cover to download a copy of the
Musculo-skeletal Health report based
on the assessment of over 900
people.
If you lack leg,
abdominal, back, core, neck and
shoulder strength - if you've got
tight calf, hamstring and buttock
muscles, - and if you're more than
15Kg over weight go straight to the
surgery, do not pass go, do not
collect $200.
It sticks out like a
sore thumb. Back, neck and shoulder
pain are not medical conditions.
they're fitness conditions. You're
lacking in strength and flexibility.
You can't keep your body in correct
alignment.
Now go to the
www.globalbackcare.com website
to find out why you're experiencing
pain and to get the exercises you
need to do to restore poor function
to good.
